Grupo México’s Metallurgical Complex in Sonora obtains the Great Place to Work certification.

The Metallurgical Complex, located in Nacozari, Sonora, a key operative unit of Grupo México’s Mining Division, has obtained the Great Place to Work certification by meeting all the required criteria.
With this recognition, the Metallurgical Complex solidifies its position as an employer of choice for the best professionals in the country and strengthens an organizational culture of safety, trust, and certainty for all its employees.
The attainment of the Great Place to Work Certification involved a rigorous verification process to ensure the implementation of best practices in areas such as communication, equity, training, team integration, and ethical behavior, among other indicators.
This certification adds to those already received by Grupo México’s Engineering Services and the Electric Power Plant, which are part of the company’s Infrastructure Division. Thus, Grupo México reaffirms its commitment to providing favorable spaces for professional and personal development to its employees and professionals across the country.
The Great Place to Work certification, recognized in more than 60 countries, is awarded to companies that, through research processes involving employee surveys and organizational climate audits, demonstrate the existence of high-trust, high-performance environments.
